In a society where conventional, western medicine dominates, why do people seek alternative forms of healing?

This website is an assignment for Media Convergence at Kansas State University.  We chose to shed light on the alternative medicine scene in Manhattan, KS and the surrounding areas.  You will find videos, photos, sound bytes, quotes and a social forum around the site. Feel free to contact us with any questions or comments in the Contact section!
